Q1｜Is the scent very strong?

Our fragrances are designed with the concept of "just the right presence."
They are not overly strong or pungent, but rather diffuse naturally over time,
allowing the space to maintain a soft, pleasant aroma.

Q2｜How long does it last?

Depending on the size of the space and the environment,
a diffuser generally lasts for 1–2 months.

We recommend using three reeds. If you want a stronger scent, you can increase the number of diffuser reeds.

Q4｜Can pregnant women or pets use it?

We use natural plant essential oils in our formulations, which are gentle.

However, as each person's constitution and pet's sensitivity differ,
we recommend placing it in a well-ventilated area and avoiding prolonged use in enclosed spaces.

If you have any concerns, it is advisable to consult a professional doctor first.

Q5｜Why can't I smell it sometimes?

Our sense of smell adapts to familiar odors (olfactory fatigue).

You can try:
・Temporarily leaving the space and returning
・Replacing the diffuser reeds
・Flipping the diffuser reeds

The scent will be reawakened.

Q6｜Is it normal for the diffuser liquid to change color?

Natural essential oils may undergo slight color changes over time and with exposure to light.
This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect use or quality, so please use with peace of mind.

Q7｜How often should I flip the diffuser reeds?

It is recommended to flip the reeds once every 5–7 days
to maintain the scent diffusion effect. _
