Credit Card Payment
Choosing credit card payment will redirect you to a payment page during checkout. Payments are processed via 3D Secure verification, supporting VISA / MasterCard / JCB.
**American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, and credit cards without 3D Secure verification are not supported on our official website.**
If your payment fails after placing an order, you can retry payment within 30 minutes in your order history.

3D Secure Verification
To ensure the security of your transactions, our credit card payments require 3D Secure verification.
3D Secure is an online security authentication service launched by international card organizations such as VISA / MasterCard / JCB.
Before using your credit card for payment, you will be asked to re-enter a payment password you set yourself, or a dynamic password will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number or email address you provided when applying for the credit card. This ensures that only you can use your credit card for online transactions.

**Overseas Credit Card Information**
• Some overseas credit cards do not offer 3D Secure verification. If 3D Secure functionality is not enabled, you will not be able to make purchases on this website.
• If you are unable to complete payment with an overseas credit card, please first confirm with your issuing bank whether 3D Secure functionality is enabled. Please also note that some banks may require you to re-enable 3D Secure functionality after changing your card or updating your personal information.

ATM Virtual Account Transfer
After an order is placed, the system will automatically generate a 16-digit virtual account number from Cathay United Bank. You can transfer funds using a physical ATM or online ATM (requires Internet Explorer browser and a card reader). Over-the-counter transfers are not accepted. Reconciliation will be automatically completed once funds are received. The account is valid for two days; please complete payment within this period.
※ If your transfer fails, possible reasons include: 1. Payment time expired 2. Incorrect account number entered 3. Incorrect amount entered. Please double-check the entered information for accuracy.

Return and Exchange Policy

Appreciation Period Description

In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act",
you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) after receiving the goods.

※ The appreciation period is a "period of contemplation", not a trial period.

Return Conditions

If you need to process a return, please ensure:

・The item is in brand new, unused condition
・The packaging is complete (including outer box, gifts, accessories)
・It is unopened or has not affected secondary sales

👉 If the item has been opened and used (e.g., diffuser sticks inserted into the diffuser),
we regret that returns cannot be accepted.

Special Regulations for Fragrance Products (Important)

Fragrances are personal sensory products,
once opened and used, returns cannot be accepted due to "scent not meeting expectations."

We recommend that you:
refer to the scent descriptions, or choose a small volume/trial size,
to find the scent that suits you best.

Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange

We will take full responsibility for the following situations:

・Item damaged during shipping
・Received incorrect item
・Item itself is defective

Please take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours,
we will process it for you as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions

・After confirming the returned item is correct, the refund will be completed in approximately 14 business days
・Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
