Appreciation Period Disclaimer
According to the "Consumer Protection Act",
you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) after the product arrives.
※ The appreciation period is a "consideration period", not a trial period.
Return Conditions
If you need to process a return, please ensure:
・The product is in new, unused condition.
・The packaging is complete (including outer box, gifts, and accessories).
・It is unopened and has not affected secondary sales.
👉 If the product has been opened and used (e.g., diffuser sticks inserted into the diffuser),
returns cannot be accepted.
Special Regulations for Fragrance Products (Important)
Fragrance is a personal experience product.
Once opened and used, returns cannot be processed due to "disappointing scent".
We recommend that you:
Refer to the scent description, or choose a small volume/trial size,
to find the scent that best suits you.
Acceptable Cases for Returns & Exchanges
We will be fully responsible for the following situations:
・Product damaged during shipping
・Received incorrect item
・Product itself is defective
Please take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours,
and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
・After confirming the returned item is correct, the refund will be completed in approximately 14 business days.
・Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
